Digital GP service
Digital GP offers members a host of medical interventions remotely which are fast, convenient, discrete and secure.
With unlimited access to GP appointments by phone or video, prescriptions delivered straight to the pharmacy, a message-a-doctor service for covering a wide range of health questions, and an online symptom check that signposts users to where they can get help.
Mental Health Support services
Our mental health support services offer supports and clinical advice to cover a range of mental health issues.
It includes access to in-the-moment telephone counselling , referrals to structured counselling and CBT where appropriate. online self-guided CBT, and bereavement counselling.

Who can access the service?
The Digital GP service offers unlimited access for the member and their immediate family members. The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. To register for an appointment, follow the steps on the portal including the preferred time of the appointment, and you will be contacted by one the GPs.
Once the policy has started, we will send your employer a link to our online portal and a unique access code. Your employer will share this with you, and you can start the registration process. To register please follow the simple registration steps. Here you can access all services in one place.
