We may also request information on:

  • Long-term absentees
  • Preview medical underwriting decision
  • Category definitions
  • Previous scheme history
  • Preview claims history
  • Regular overseas travel completed by employees 

If any details or assumptions differ from those provided for the initial quote, the quotation may be revised or withdrawn.
